Modulink represents the next step in the evolution of modular buildings. Modulink is a truly modular concept which allows building units to be linked together in three dimensions – creating an integrated facility up to five levels high.

Flexibility

For difficult and awkwardly shaped sites, standard modules can be linked to form unconventional solutions – rather than forming lineal rectangular buildings, modules can be configured to form L-patterns or even U-shaped office buildings. Internally, the buildings are designed to work as clear-span spaces. There are no obtrusive posts or internal structural walls within and between the modules.

Enhanced Aesthetics & Performance

Each Modulink is constructed to the standard of a commercial office, incorporating quality fittings and a professionally designed colour scheme as standard. Additionally, a high level of customised fit-out is available – including elements such as reception areas, conference rooms, outdoor decks and catering areas. The Modulink can even be adapted for use as a stand-alone or integral marketing suite.
