External

• Our buildings are constructed out of material which is durable, low maintenance and easy to clean. Vertical cladding is self cleaning with dirt and dust washed off during rain.
• The colours of our buildings have been carefully chosen and proven over many years to blend best with most environments. They have a low heat absorption, improving energy efficiency.
• A range of specialised external finishes and stylish colours are available to provide architectural relief and achieve the look and feel required for your living accommodation, be that resort style, holiday style or student living as examples.

Internal

• Our standard internal wall linings are easy to clean, hard wearing and low maintenance, great for any serviced accommodation.
• All our standard cabinetry is made with Melamine, a durable and hard wearing surface for high traffic use. Benchtops are Laminated for proven durability.
• Plumbing fittings and fixtures in all our buildings are selected based on water efficiency and quality.
