After working in Estimating for 5 years with another modular building company, I decided to apply for a Senior Estimator position with Ausco Modular and have not looked back.

Since joining Ausco I have taken on larger and more complex projects/tenders, which my previous employer did not have the capability to bid for.

With the management team we have implemented a structured career plan, which has given me the opportunity to mentor the less experienced estimators in my department. I have also taken advantage of the Company Sponsored Professional Association Membership staff benefit, to further my professional development.

In a male dominated profession I have found that Ausco is really supportive in helping me achieve my career aspiration.
