Temporary Hire Buildings for TFI Phoenix Project
Our client BADGE is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned builders and has begun building the most advanced multi-species processing facility in Australia. Situated in Murray Bridge in SA, the new facilities for Thomas Foods International once fully operational will create around 2000 jobs.
Bowen Developmental Road Upgrade
The Bowen Developmental Road upgrade project involves sealing over 25km of road and replacing existing ageing and damaged structures in North Queensland’s Whitsunday region. The road is frequently used by heavy vehicles associated with mining and agriculture operations.
Cairns Convention Centre Expansion
The Cairns Convention Centre is undergoing a $176 million expansion and renovation project to maximise and modernise the centre’s capabilities and bring new business to tropical North Queensland. The upgraded centre will have facilities to cater for multiple functions, helping the city to attract new conferences and events of even greater sizes and complexity.
Oaklands Education Centre
The City of Marion is an area in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. When a need arose for long-term temporary facilities at Oaklands Park to accommodate further education needs for the community, the Marion Council contacted Ausco Modular for assistance.
Daly Street Beautification Project - City of Darwin
The City of Darwin’s Daly Street Beautification project will provide a $3.7 million facelift to the streetscape upon entry to Darwin’s city centre. The project includes road and footpath repairs and reconstruction, landscaping and lighting, CCTV relocation and road resurfacing, resulting in a colourful, more attractive and user friendly entry to the city.

WestConnex M5
In 2016, Ausco Modular was enlisted to assist in the largest transport infrastructure project undertaken in Australia.
The WestConnex M5 is a revolutionary project for urban Sydney that commenced in March 2015 and is expected to be completed in late 2023.
The 33km of motorway will link western and south-western Sydney with the city, airport and Port Botany precincts.
North Queensland Stadium
The North Queensland Stadium project in Townsville will deliver a $290 million centrally located, 25,000 seat multi-purpose stadium that will be ready in time for the commencement of the 2020 National Rugby League season.
