Ausco Modular Pty Limited (“Ausco Modular”) has updated its Conditions of Hire – Terms & Conditions, Conditions of Sale – Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Purchase Order (“Standard Terms”) effective from 16 April 2026. For all customers and/or suppliers which entered Standard Terms with Ausco Modular prior to 16 April 2026 Ausco Modular agrees that the Standard Terms that applied at the time will prevail and for all customers and/or suppliers which entered Standard Terms with Ausco Modular after the 16 April 2026 the new Standard Terms will apply at the relevant customer/supplier’s election.
