Start to finish it took only 5 weeks
Positioned along the Corang River Southern Highlands in NSW is the majestic Dungowan.
The historic Dungowan Station woolshed was transformed into a brewery after years of planning the owner's vision of a locally-sourced restaurant and microbrewery. Their dream came together when Tamworth Regional Council approved the development application for a venue that can cater to up to 150 people.
Our client had a corporate function already booked in, and we had only five weeks to manufacture and deliver the amenities block, which they installed themselves. The facilities were made in Ausco’s Brisbane manufacturing site and transferred via road to the station in Northern NSW. From beginning to end it took only 5 weeks, which is a major advantage of choosing a modular construction.
