Sustainable site solutions for Acciona Fulton Hogan JV
The return of a customer is a testament to the strength of the relationship and the effectiveness of the solution provided. For Ausco's central Queensland team, this was evident as they had previously collaborated with Fulton Hogan on another infrastructure development site over a span of four years. Therefore, when Acciona partnered with Fulton Hogan for the Rockhampton Ring Road project, Ausco was the natural choice for setting up the site.
In addition to the usual requirements for a fast, flexible, and reliable site setup, Acciona Fulton Hogan sought custom solutions delivered sustainably. To meet the needs of their diverse workforce, the Rockhampton Ring Road project site includes 21 buildings for offices, amenities, training, and crib rooms. These buildings are seamlessly joined with deck modules, which, like the buildings themselves, can be reused and redeployed, minimizing the waste associated with one-off constructions. Opting for hired modular buildings and decks aligns with the financial and sustainability goals of an alliance like Acciona Fulton Hogan.
Recognising the importance of a comfortable and functional office environment for their office-based workforce, Acciona Fulton Hogan required tailored solutions such as floor flush GPOs, fully equipped built-in kitchens, and additional exit and emergency lighting and smoke detectors for health and safety compliance.
Ausco understands the importance of providing high-quality site solutions without compromise, ensuring that onsite project teams can work efficiently and comfortably.
