Delivering modular site buildings for Deluca Corporation

Ausco were selected by Deluca Corporation to supply and install buildings for a safe, fit-for-purpose site compound used by staff working on the construction of the northbound Glass House Mountains service centre along the Bruce Highway.

The $24 million project includes a new service station, retail and food outlets and facilities for travellers. Ausco has provided a range of buildings to the customer including modular site offices, kitchen and lunchroom facilities, a storage container and an ablution block with waste storage to support the project team—ensuring that staff on site have everything they need to comfortably get the job done.

With a passing cyclone and torrential rainfall in South East QLD, coordinating the delivery and installation of these buildings was no easy task, requiring Ausco and Deluca to work together to ensure buildings were ready to hit the road for installation as soon as the weather cleared. When the modules arrived they were carefully lifted into place, ensuring minimal impact on the site and adjacent land, allowing the Deluca team to get to work in their new buildings.

With stage one of the project expected to be complete by the end of 2025, we look forward to seeing the site come to life as we continue to support Deluca and other customers to deliver major infrastructure and construction projects across Australia.
