From temporary solutions to a permanent clubhouse facility
Ipswich City Council have delivered a new clubhouse facility to support a local sports club experiencing growth in membership numbers, and to promote an active and connected community.
The Ausco Modular facility was manufactured locally in Riverview, Ipswich and contains multiple changerooms with unisex compliant cubicle shower facilities, public amenities including facilities for people with disabilities, umpire amenities, office and meeting spaces, and a commercial quality canteen.
Prior to the installation of the permanent modular structure, Ipswich City Council hired temporary Ausco facilities to ensure the site was suitable to host matches and visitors.
Ausco Modular’s Brisbane team worked with multiple stakeholders to provide a long-term hire solution which included two 6x3m changerooms with bench seating and a 6x3m shower block to accommodate both home and away teams, plus an additional 3.6x3m referee/officials’ room, a 3x3m ablution with ramp access for disabled persons and a 6x3m male/female toilet block.
