Virginia United Football Club needed a modern-day clubhouse with multiple changerooms to meet the current needs of their various playing groups. Ausco Modular was engaged to design, manufacture and install the facility.
Ausco worked with the club to meet Brisbane City Council’s rigorous requirements. The new clubhouse has sufficient unisex complaint changerooms, accessible toilets, canteen with kitchen, office space, referees’ room, social/spectator viewing areas via full-length verandas and ample storage space. The clubhouse is multi-dimensional to support their various holiday camps, training, and education programs.
Ausco’s architectural capabilities in design and engineering, along with our ability to project manage large-scale construction means that we can provide services from conception right through to completion. From formal contract award to handover was a mere 10 weeks. Works were completed on-site without disruption to the club’s normal operations and the full turnkey solution was delivered on schedule.
Ausco has collaborated with major sporting codes such as Football Queensland to deliver high specification changeroom facilities for sporting clubs across Australia. Learn more at ausco.com.au/sports-facilities.
