Dexus's iconic Eagle Street Pier and One Eagle site is undergoing a world-class transformation to create a premier business and tourist destination.
John Holland is delivering Stage 1 of Dexus’s Waterfront Brisbane project that will comprise a 52-storey commercial tower, three basement levels and 1ha public realm including a significantly improved 250 metre stretch of Riverwalk.
To support the growing onsite workforce, Ausco Modular supplied a temporary site set-up, including ECO upgrade office space and lunchroom, a fully furnished First Aid room and suitable amenities and waste tanks.
Services also included delivery and installation by Ausco’s experienced team, ensuring the challenging inner-city location and weekend delivery requirements were accommodated for the customer, demonstrating Ausco’s complete site solution capabilities for building and construction projects.
