When Ripley Valley Football Club, situated west of Brisbane in Ipswich, joined Football Queensland's grassroots competition in 2018, it became evident that adequate unisex compliant facilities were necessary on-site to accommodate games and visitors.
Ausco Modular's Brisbane team collaborated with various stakeholders, including local Ipswich City Council, to provide a sustainable long-term hire solution. This comprised of two changerooms, a shower block for both home and away teams, a referee/officials’ room, along with an ablution facility with ramp access, and a male/female toilet block. These facilities were to remain on-site until Ausco and Ipswich City Council could jointly develop a permanent solution to accommodate the club's growing membership base.
Manufactured locally in Riverview, Ipswich, the new clubhouse facility, which was handed over to Council earlier this year, features multiple changerooms with unisex compliant cubicle shower facilities, public amenities including facilities for individuals with disabilities, umpire amenities, office and meeting spaces, and a high-quality commercial canteen.

Ipswich City Council requested the temporary buildings be relocated to a nearby parklands project for further use.
