Ausco Modular’s Darwin team were approached by the Council to provide a timely and cost-effective solution for various temporary site facilities while the upgrade takes place.

Through effective communication and Ausco’s willingness to assist the customer to the best ability, facilities were delivered to site within just six working days from when the initial enquiry was received.

A site office and lunchroom with a 12x3m accompanying verandah breakout area and amenities with pumpout facilities were delivered to the prepped site, with appropriate traffic control measures in place given the central location of the site.

Furthermore, Ausco’s team ensured that all buildings and facilities provided were of S40 Cyclonic rating given potential weather implications in the region.

Buildings in cyclone-prone areas of the Northern Territory must meet the necessary building codes and be able to withstand cyclonic conditions.
