Kathleen

Kathleen

Administration, Victoria

Starting with a background in Archaeology, I found my passion in administration as a gateway into diverse industries, joining Ausco in 2020. Since then, I’ve progressed from Administrator to Operations Coordinator and now into Construction Project Coordination, supported by strong mentorship and hands-on opportunities to grow within the business.

I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to coordinating projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication, organisation, and continuous improvement. I’ve contributed to process innovation, including the development of a production planning and tracking system that enhanced visibility and efficiency across operations.

Thriving in fast-paced environments, I’m passionate about supporting teams, improving processes, and delivering positive outcomes for both internal stakeholders and customers. I’m continuing to build my expertise in construction and project management, with the goal of progressing further in project coordination.

Operations Technician, Victoria

As an operations technician in construction, I’ve built my career around a hands-on passion for repairing and building. Starting out in building maintenance, I developed my skills by learning from experienced tradespeople and have continued to grow through practical, on-site experience.

I’ve contributed to complex modular projects, including delivering multi-module builds under tight deadlines, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. My approach centres on good communication, time management, and being well-prepared to keep projects running smoothly.

I take pride in teamwork, supporting those around me, and maintaining a positive, safe work environment. Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuing to develop my skills and progressing into a leadership role.

Brad

Brad

Sales Manager, South Australia

I’m passionate about sales leadership because it combines relationship-building, strategy, and the thrill of achieving results. Starting in entry-level sales with Bartter Enterprises, I learned the importance of strong customer relationships, teamwork, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

As a Sales Manager, I focus on supporting my team, fostering collaboration, and driving consistent results through clear communication, data-driven insights, and strategic planning. I’ve led initiatives such as introducing first-to-market products, building client confidence, and winning major projects, all by combining credibility, persistence, and a people-first approach.

Looking ahead, I aim to continue developing as a sales leader—coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams while leveraging technology and analytics to enhance performance and deliver exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.

Todd

Todd

Project Manager, Queensland

With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Todd’s career began on the tools as an apprentice carpenter and has grown into leading complex, multi-site developments. Driven by a genuine passion for bringing projects to life, Todd thrives on guiding every stage—from early planning and budgeting through to delivery—finding real satisfaction in the tangible results of a job well done.

Over the years, Todd has built a strong foundation in the core principles of project management: programming, budget control, and contracts, combined with clear communication and team leadership. Notable projects like the Underwood Park Sporting Precinct and the Ironbark Changerooms at Ripley highlight his ability to manage diverse stakeholders, navigate challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes that benefit local communities.

Known for a calm, solutions-focused approach, Todd prioritises collaboration, detailed planning, and empowering his teams. He believes strong leadership comes from setting clear expectations, supporting people to perform at their best, and recognising achievements along the way. Having witnessed the evolution of modular construction firsthand, he continues to embrace innovation while valuing practical experience and teamwork.

Looking ahead, Todd’s focus remains on leading major projects and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals, encouraging them to learn the fundamentals, seek out strong mentors, and build the communication skills essential for success in a changing, more inclusive, and people-focused industry.
