The regional or remote worker has been a hallmark of the Australian labour force, driven by the resource sector cycles. Ausco Modular sets the standard in site facilities for this important workforce.

Aside from the modular solutions we provide, we understand the impact of our activities in remote and regional communities. No team understands that more than our project managers and remote accommodation team.

We decided to sit down with one of Ausco’s most experienced Stayover managers to get an idea of what his day-to-day life looks like in the village. With almost 10 years under his belt at Ausco Modular, Col has been a village manager at all of Ausco’s Stayover sites, rotating across different villages through the years.

Ausco Modular is proud to have been part of delivering the first Centre for National Resilience (CNR) in Victoria. Ausco has been involved in the Centres for National Resilience project since mid last year, manufacturing accommodation units for the Melbourne and Perth CNR facilities as part of the government's response to COVID-19.

To keep pace with change in the healthcare sector, workers and organisations are turning to modular buildings to provide the temporary and permanent workspace needed to continue administering proper patient care.

20 years on from the Sydney 2000 Olympics and with the Brisbane 2032 Olympics just around the corner, we reflect on Ausco Modular's role in the last Australia-hosted Olympics.
