Ausco Modular was awarded a government contract to deliver temporary housing to fire-affected Mallacoota residents in Victoria. Bushfire Recovery Victoria engaged Ausco to construct facilities to meet the urgent need to provide short-term accommodation to local residents.
Centre for National Resilience
Ausco Modular is proud to have been part of delivering the first Centre for National Resilience (CNR) in Victoria. Ausco’s involvement included manufacturing accommodation units for the Melbourne and Perth CNR facilities as part of the government’s response to COVID-19.
Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School
Challenging site access and a sloping landscape were no match for Ausco Modular’s capabilities when tasked with providing temporary facilities for Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School on the NSW north coast.
Buchanan Park Amenities
Ausco Modular won a competitive open tender process to design and construct two amenities buildings at Buchanan Park, home of the Mount Isa Rodeo which hosts over 500 competitors each year and proudly boasts the title of the largest rodeo in the southern hemisphere.
Pinklands Sporting Complex
Pinklands Sporting Complex is the home to several local sporting clubs including rugby league, netball and horse riding, as well as various community groups.
Ferny Grove Falcons Football Club
The Ferny Grove Falcons Australian Football Club were the proud recipients of a new modular changeroom and community facility thanks to Brisbane City Council, AFL Queensland and the State Government.

Glenelg Oval Sports Facilities
Ausco was contracted by the City of Holdfast Bay in early March 2021 to provide new changeroom facilities for Glenelg Oval. The eight modules were delivered to the site in July with completion in August.
Fraser Coast Sports & Recreation Precinct - Stage 2
In late 2018, the Fraser Coast Regional Council engaged Ausco Modular to design and manufacture football and netball clubhouses within stage one of the $48 million master-planned development.
Hera-Nymagee Mine Case Study
The Hera-Nymagee underground mine is located approximately 100km south-east of Cobar, central New South Wales. The project involves the development of the Hera gold base metal deposit and the Nymagee copper deposit.
