Ausco Modular Project Manager, Laif Jones, said the rapid construction time offered by Ausco Modular allowed health providers to be fully operational faster without the usual disruptions caused by new builds.

The Ausco Modular team came together immediately to ensure there would be minimal, if any, disruption to the regular school operations, and within a ten-day time frame, 17 semi-trailers delivered a range of buildings to the site to be installed and fitted out.

Ausco Modular was nominated as the preferred supplier for the hire of 17 learning centres and 3 bathroom facilities, whilst construction of their permanent build was taking place.

Temporary Ausco buildings supplied include a number of 12x3 lunchrooms, two first aid rooms, a 12x6 meeting room, offices, amenities and more.

“We approached Ausco after we were made aware of their modular style buildings that ticked all the AFL guidelines for female facilities,” said Mr Stone.

Stockland Coomera enlisted Ausco Modular to design and build a high quality multi-use space to be used as an office and sales and information centre to promote their new residential community on the Gold Coast.

Through Ausco Modular’s partnership with SANFL, the club welcomed football’s first modular sporting facility in metropolitan Adelaide.

Faced with an immediate need for new toilet and changeroom facilities, Coomera Anglican College’s architect contacted Ausco to provide additional facilities to allow for refurbishment and extensions on existing buildings.

Ausco Modular’s local Adelaide branch worked closely with the District Council CEO, Matthew Morgan, Local Federal Member, Tony Passin, and Mayor, Caroline Phillips, to achieve a light-filled, open space for the community to enjoy.

Each facility was delivered in less than seven weeks from manufacture at Ausco’s Adelaide factory to delivery on site.
