For decades, construction companies have chosen temporary modular buildings for jobsites for obvious reasons: they’re fast, flexible and affordable. The site office is the hub of the construction site. The first place workers will go when they arrive. It's also the place visitors will report to, and it's often where site meetings take place.
Ausco Modular is proud to have been part of delivering the first Centre for National Resilience (CNR) in Victoria. Ausco has been involved in the Centres for National Resilience project since mid last year, manufacturing accommodation units for the Melbourne and Perth CNR facilities as part of the government's response to COVID-19.
Modular construction is moving the goal posts for clubs, communities, and sporting groups across Australia. Many clubs and councils have realised the benefits of off-site construction and have embraced this methodology.

Bushfire Recovery Victoria engaged Ausco Modular to construct the facilities at pace, to meet the government’s urgent need to provide short-term accommodation to the local Mallacoota community.
To keep pace with change in the healthcare sector, workers and organisations are turning to modular buildings to provide the temporary and permanent workspace needed to continue administering proper patient care.

New clubhouses and amenities for Logan City BMX Academy and Underwood Park Netball Association were part of the first stage handed over by local manufacturer Ausco Modular.
The South Australian Government has partnered with Cricket Australia and the AFL to help the Western Districts Community Sports Club on Kangaroo Island rebuild following the devastating bushfires earlier in the year.
