Ausco Modular is proud to have been part of delivering the first Centre for National Resilience (CNR) in Victoria. Ausco has been involved in the Centres for National Resilience project since mid last year, manufacturing accommodation units for the Melbourne and Perth CNR facilities as part of the government's response to COVID-19.

A variety of plant and equipment is used by our teams every day at Ausco Modular. This includes both mobile and fixed plant and equipment. To ensure the plant and equipment are ‘fit for purpose’ a Plant Hazard Analysis (PHA) is conducted on each item. The PHA is a tool used to determine if there are any hazards associated with the item of plant and equipment.
Modular construction is moving the goal posts for clubs, communities, and sporting groups across Australia. Many clubs and councils have realised the benefits of off-site construction and have embraced this methodology.
Benefits to clubs and Councils by choosing modular:
As the benefits of modular construction become well known, one of the most common myths is they do not meet the same construction standards as traditional builds, however, that is simply not the case.
Without being too technical, the simple answer is modular buildings by law must be designed and constructed to meet:
Ausco delivered an early Christmas present to residents of Mallacoota, who were left devastated by the 2019-20 Victorian bushfires. Bushfire Recovery Victoria engaged Ausco Modular to construct the facilities at pace, to meet the government’s urgent need to provide short-term accommodation to the local Mallacoota community.
To keep pace with change in the healthcare sector, workers and organisations are turning to modular buildings to provide the temporary and permanent workspace needed to continue administering proper patient care.
It's January and you've received last-minute student enrolments and need more classroom space... quickly! Ausco Modular has you covered.
Even though skilled teachers and staff and implementation of modern educational methods are what drives the success of any school, we can’t overlook the importance of the design of the building itself.
